Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3: Cream the Wet Ingredients
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
