- 1 envelope onion soup mix: For added depth and seasoning.
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce: Enhances the flavor of the gravy.
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour: To thicken the gravy.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil: For browning the steak.
- Salt and pepper, to taste: To season the meat.
- Optional garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped.
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Steak
- Season the round steak slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and flour until smooth.
Step 3: Cook Low and Slow

- Once done, stir the gravy and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
- Serve the steak and gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
