Ingredients
For the Salmon:

2 salmon fillets (about 1 lb, skin removed)

Juice of 1 lime
For the Slaw:

1 cup cabbage (shredded)

½ cup carrots (shredded)

¼ cup cilantro (chopped)

For the Creamy Sauce:

½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp honey
-
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

1 tsp lime juice

Salt & pepper to taste
For Serving:

6 small tortillas (corn or flour)

1 avocado (sliced)
-
½ cup cherry tomatoes (chopped)

Instructions
Step 1: Season and Cook the Salmon

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.

Pat the salmon dry and rub with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or pan-sear for 4 minutes per side until cooked through.

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salmon and flake into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Prepare the Slaw

In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrots, and cilantro.

Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, hot sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Warm the Tortillas

Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side or warm in the oven wrapped in foil.
