- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp sugar

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Sift in flour and baking powder, then mix until a soft dough forms.
