Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2: Mash & Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add the pumpkin purée, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Step 4: Mix Everything Together
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.

Step 5: Bake
