- 3 cloves garlic: Minced for that perfect garlicky aroma.
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese: Adds richness and a savory finish.

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional): For a subtle kick.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Step 3: Assemble the Dish
- Place the toasted sourdough slices on a serving platter.
- Spoon the cooked shrimp over the bread evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
- Choose Fresh Ingredients: Use fresh shrimp and sourdough for the best flavors.
- Customize the Seasoning: Add more red pepper flakes if you like it spicier or omit them for a milder version.
- Make it Cheesy: Feel free to mix in mozzarella or Gruyère with the Parmesan for a gooey topping.
