Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
