Juicy, tender salmon chunks are coated in a rich, buttery honey-garlic glaze that caramelizes beautifully. This dish is perfect for a weeknight meal, a light dinner, or even as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Salmon (1 lb, skinless, cut into bite-sized cubes)

  • Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

  • Garlic Powder (½ tsp)

  • Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

For the Honey Butter Garlic Glaze:

  • Butter (2 tbsp, unsalted)

  • Garlic (3 cloves, minced)

  • Honey (3 tbsp)

  • Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)

  • Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)

  • Red Pepper Flakes (¼ tsp, optional for spice)

For Garnish:

  • Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

  • Sesame Seeds (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions

1. Season the Salmon

  • Pat the salmon bites dry with a paper towel.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Sear the Salmon

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  • Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Make the Glaze

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.

  • Let the sauce simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Coat the Salmon in the Glaze

  • Return the cooked salmon bites to the skillet.

  • Toss gently to coat each piece in the honey butter garlic glaze.

5. Serve & Enjoy

  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and sesame seeds.

  • Serve immediately over rice, quinoa, or a side of roasted vegetables.

Notes

Use Fresh Salmon: For the best texture and flavor, choose high-quality, fresh salmon.
Don’t Overcook: Salmon cooks quickly—keep an eye on it to prevent dryness.
Customize the Spice Level: Add more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce for extra heat.
