Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Wet Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.

Step 2: Add the Dry Ingredients

  1. Stir in oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and honey (if using).
