Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Cheese Ball Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and green onions.
  2. Mix everything well until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2: Shape the Cheese Ball

  1. Using clean hands or a spoon, gather the mixture and form it into a ball.
  2. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight) to firm up.

Step 3: Coat the Cheese Ball

  1. In a small plate, mix the chopped pecans and fresh parsley.
  2. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the coating mixture, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with crackers, fresh veggies, or toasted bread.

Notes

  • Use Room Temperature Cream Cheese: It makes mixing easier and ensures a smooth texture.
