Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Rice Noodles
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil.
- Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically 4-6 minutes.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch slurry (cornstarch + water), sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
