Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Avocado Mixture
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix in the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich
- Spread the avocado mixture on one slice of bread.
- Top with shredded or sliced chicken.
- Add a slice of cheese.
- Layer on tomato and red onion if using.
- Place another slice of bread on top.

- Spread butter on the outside of both bread slices.
