For the Chicken Mixture:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Ricotta Mixture:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Other Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1½ cups marinara sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Buffalo Chicken Mixture

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Step 2: Make the Ricotta Mixture

In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley. Mix until smooth.

Step 3: Assemble the Lasagna

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Repeat the layers (noodles, ricotta, buffalo chicken, mozzarella).
  7. Top with remaining noodles and spread a final layer of marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella over the top.

Step 4: Bake the Lasagna

  1. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 5: Add the Finishing Touches

  1. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
  2. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese (if using) and chopped green onions.
  3. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
