Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice them into rounds or sticks.
Place the zucchini slices in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the zucchini slices.
Lay the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
